The first machine super crusher unit (disintegrator) to burst the coconut husks (coconut outer skin) the husks usually in the form of dry or semi dry condition,also the husks are in the form of tight& hard position of fibre., outer thin skin layer and pith (mussells). when you put the husks in to the coconut disintegrator it burst and looses all the tight husks into semi formation of fibres, thin skin and musssels. This can’t separate by manual easily. Otherwise it need more labours and time taken work. to avoid too much labours and time saving we are using De-fibring unit (Decorticator).

This machine de-fibring unit (decorticator) can separate mussels & skins from fibres.Fibre comes in the condition of semi dry condition.we will dry manualy before bundling.one screener is additionaly fitted to separete coconut mussels, wastes & dusts from fibre. the purpose of screener is to separate the fibres from waste (pith).By manualy we can’t bring more production. comparing to labour charges payment and time losses and production loss the decorticator is best machine. 24 blades are assembled  in zigzag position in a cylinder. When it rotates the semi coconut husks beated and separated the fibres and dusts. but it can’t destroy the length of the fibres. The fibre mixer comes through screener. Automatically fibre and waste separated. The semi wet fibres are dried and balled in various sizes as we require by Balling press.
